Before purchase
• Please read through the details and measurements of product carefully before placing an
order with us.
• Please note that all our products are photographed at its most accurate colors and designs,
as shown on the pictures. However, we cannot ensure that all computer monitors can
display the same exact colors.
• There might be slight variances of 0.5” to 1” in our given measurements.
• At the moment, orders are taken in through order forms, IY facebook page and emails.
Prices of our products are subjected to changes, without prior notice.
Confirming a purchase
• After submitting the order form, IY will follow up with an invoice. Kindly make payment
within 24hrs to confirm the purchase. Do drop IY an email if you did not receive the invoice
within 24hrs of submitting the order form.
• Once the order is confirmed, IY will not allow any refunds and changes to the order.
Delivering and Receiving the purchase
• Please read the Delivery Methods for ways IY delivers the purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, normal postage is included in the selling price. However, IY
encourages our customers to opt for registered postage (additional $2.25). IY will not be
held liable for missing parcels if customers choose to opt for normal mail.
IY will not entertain exchanges, refunds and cancellations. IY hope customers understand that we
ensure the quality of each piece before purchasing.
